I'm rolling/testing new rpms for python 2.7.11 + hg 3.6.3 (bug 1229494).

This is something that Buildduty can look into. Not sure though how prioritized so I'll default to P5 to being with.

Linux builders are mostly taskcluster now. I suspect that this is no longer valid unless it's required for some security upgrade. Please reopen if applicable.
