1. Open Settings and go down to the Privacy and Security section
2. Tap on Browser Privacy
3. Tap on Learn More link under Track Protection
4. Observe
Actual
Link goes to general security and privacy sumo page
Expected
Link goes to specific tracking protection
The Tracking Protection sumo page has not been created it so we've linked the Learn More to a temporary sumo page. Once the sumo page has been created, the link should update to redirect there.

The Tracking Protection popup (bug 1205042) also has a Learn More link that needs to be updated when the sumo page is ready.
