Please reset pine and add/run all B2G relevant builds and tests (basically copy b2g-inbound environment - desktop builds and tests)

Please follow the reset instructions at:

Also note the part about what builds will be built - we can reset, but build adjustment is releng.

Thanks for the pointer Hal! Didn't know the procedure here.
I only need B2G related builds and tests. All B2G emulators, device builds and mulet.

Decision tasks have been enabled on pine, the same goes for b2g and mulet builds/tests.
