When we enabled pinning the web, we had to keep it disabled for the old bookmark tests. Closing this as all the new homescreen tests have been converted. We will not fix the vertical homescreen tests since it's legacy. And apps/bookmark/test/marionette/install_app_test.js is covered by pinning_the_web_test.js.
