1216585 - Tweak animation in subsequent XUL Notifications to be less noticeable

More work is needed on XUL-based notifications to make them great. 

1. Notifications text fields don't truncate, as they do for OSX notifications and as  notifications do in Chrome. We should allow for a single title line followed by an ellipsis, and for body test we should agree on a maximum of 4-7 lines of text before an ellipsis , whichever Philipp and team feel looks best. 

2. I think we should revisit the animation effect, which seems appealing for one message, but when multiple messages appear on screen in short succession may be distracting. Perhaps we can make it less bouncy. 

3. The format of the animation still needs to be fixed, as the footprint and opacity are still a problem.
