1219786 - Remove marketplace links from Firefox UI

We have a couple of touch points in Firefox that link to marketplace:
- Hamburger menu item
- Button on about:home
- Snippet
- Tile

Most marketplace apps aren't really optimized for desktop. There is also a lot of ambiguity about the concept of Apps on desktop. Right now you can install apps from Firefox, but it is then impossible to find them again through the browser.

Since the experience isn't good, we shouldn't be sending our users there. Let's remove the touchpoints listed above from the desktop browser.

Dao's fixing this in bugs bug 1207422 / bug 1207423  / bug 1207424. I think those cover everything here, except the snippet (what snippet -- I don't see anything listed on https://snippets.mozilla.com/, so it must have been removed?).
