gps poked me about watchman today and I told him I'd add it to 2.2 since I'm about to release 2.1. Getting the bug filed before I forget.

5.4 is pretty much unsupported at this point. If someone contributes a patched build to the MSYS project, I'll happily take it, though. Otherwise, is there a way we can enforce "UseRoaming no" out of the box?

Could we instead integrate a separate OpenSSH client in the package? Using an out-of-maintanence version of this kind of software doesn't sound like a good idea.

Not a lot of good Windows OpenSSH options out there, AFAICT. Microsoft is actually working on a Windows port, but it's still considered prerelease (and they haven't spun a new build w/ the fix included).

That said, I found the docs for where the global config lies, so I can trivially take care of comment 5 now at least.
