Amongst other tweaks, I've been gradually lowering the store pulse job dyno count down, with no adverse affects. 4 is working fine on prod, trying 3 on stage now. I've also removed the Librato addon from prototype/stage, since it was $79/month each and I think I've only ever used it once. I've left it on prod for now (in case of trying to debug a dyno resource related issue, where the finer grained resource stats might be useful), but may end up removing it there too.
