This bug is for tracking beta clipboard/selection support issues.  It was
originally titled "Cut/Copy/Paste in URL Bar" but I though we needed something
more specific since my team already had a bug for the URL bar and what we really
need is an umbrella bug for all clipboard and selection issues.
