On Azeroth computer: With hardware acceleration turned off Youtube 360 has choppy video starting at 1440. With hardware acceleration turned on 1440 and 4k are not selectable options on Youtube 360. The problem persists in release version 45.0.2 Updating the driver from 14.301.1002.1001 to 16.150.2211.1001 appears to make no visible difference Uploading about:support documents for each driver version.

On Lothar computer: With hardware acceleration turned off Youtube 360 has choppy video starting at 1440. Also, 360 controls don't load. With hardware acceleration turned on 1440 and 4k are not selectable options on Youtube 360. Also, 360 controls don't load. The problem persists in release version 45.0.2, but in addition is now also choppy at 1080. Updating the driver from 8.15.11.8593 to 9.18.13.908 allows 360 controls to load, but now the choppiness occurs at 720 and up. Uploading about:support documents for each driver version.

Merging this with bug 1267667 since it's the same symptom on a different video. We can reopen if it turns out to be a separate issue.
