[Affected versions]: Fx 50.0b5 Fx 51.0a2 Fx 52.0a1 [Affected platforms]: Windows XP x86 Windows 7 x64 Windows 8.1 x86 Windows 10 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open Firefox 2. Start a video chat via facebook. 3. Unplug the microphone. 5. Plug the microphone back and resume the conversation. [Expected result]: The conversation resumes smoothly. [Actual result]: Windows XP: Using Plantronics Audio 355 headset (jack for audio and mic):   - unplugging the jack for audio or mic or both will not interrupt the conversation, after plugging them back on, a new call must be made in order to hear and be heard. Using Microsoft LifeChat LX - 3000 headset (USB):  - unplugging the headsets will end the conversation, calling again will result in endlessly being requested permission for the use of camera and microphone. Only restarting Firefox will fix the issue. Windows 10: After a refresh the browser enters in an infinite loop asking for permission to use the webcam and the microphone. This lasts until the user restarts the browser.

Paul - I'm assigning this to you since this needs to be fixed before we ship full duplex. Randell -- Can you land the pref off for full duplex in Fx51 and then update this bug?
