More recently, 45.7.0 to be exact, the rate increased because of Bug 1335345 - Thunderbird crash when opening some email after upgrade to 45.7.0 This won't exist in 52.0 or 45.7.0 Another which shouldn't happen in 52.0 is Bug 1273020 - Crash in mozilla::a11y::ApplicationAccessibleWrap::Name The vast majority remain related to previously mentioned Bug 1316927. Including signature shutdownhang | libpthread-2.24.so@0xd4d0 which doesn't have a bug report.

Crash-stats no longer has numbers to demonstrate the premise of this bug is still true.
