I have access to the aus4-admin.mozilla.org, but I wish to request access to balrog-admin.stage.mozaws.net as that's the area I need to use to test the updates.

:bhearsum would you be ok with this change: stage will: - 401 if username is blank - *ANY* username/password combination is valid - balrog still controls the ACLs this way no more need to do access management on stage which requires a new deploy. I've hacked this into stage so I know I can make nginx do this already.

Yup. This should fix bug 1324813, too.

The stage balrog accepts any username/password combination now.
