We're trying to bring Win7/Win10 test jobs on TaskCluster to a green state.
I've noticed a test failure on the xpcshell-8 job saying the following:
> the updater.exe binary should be signed (if not, build system configuration bug?) - false == true
rstrong would you be able to point few things for me to check? or someone that could help investigate? Thanks!
This job:

As I understand it, the binaries on the TC builds aren't signed and I was told this is the case by someone working on TC builds. In bug 1349120 I was told that signing binaries for TC builds is being worked on in bug 1277591.
