Details

Look at a long list of bookmarks. Pick one up and drag it to a position *lower* in the list. Watch carefully where the horizontal-line drop-target says it will be inserted. Drop it. Note that it went where you expected. Now do it again, but this time drag to a position *higher* in the list. Note that it is dropped one position higher than it should have. That is: the horizontal-line drop-target is drawn as an underline of bookmark N. When dragging toward the end of the list, the insertion happens after bookmark N. When dragging toward the top of the list, the insertion happens before bookmark N.
