The reorg is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1335907. The about:preferences UI/UX has changed.
Currently the bug changes have been auto landed and are in the tree (nightly). If you navigate to about:preferences and as you click on each pane like "General","Update"... the corresponding help buttons for those panes are incorrect. They are redirected to incorrect help pages.

The "help button" should be moved to the bottom left side according to the UX specs. The bug to move the "help button" is here

Seems like this bug is completed. If that's the case, we should link the help button to this SUMO page.

Yes, we've already moved the help button to the bottom left side.

But the help button on current Nightly doesn't link the above URL, it links [1]. We can link correct URL in this bug. And if it is included in the Photon scope, let's add the [photon-preferences] in the whiteboard. Cindy, is it included in Photon?
