In https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/sync-dev/2017-April/001535.html, Nick suggested graveyarding the "Android Background Services" component, and merging the remaining open bugs into "Firefox for Android".

Are the options:

1a) move open tickets to Firefox for Android :: Sync
1b) move closed tickets to Graveyard

and

2a) move open tickets to Firefox for Android :: Sync
2b) move closed tickets to Firefox for Android :: Sync

I think I prefer the latter: all of the work of Android Background Services was in service of Fennec, so there's no advantage to hiding a bunch of completed or currently irrelevant work in a non-obvious location.

This is blocked on bug 1361184 because the milestones and versions between the two products are different. 
For instance, there is 'Firefox 52' in Android Background Services, but '52 Branch' in Firefox for Android.
Meanwhile, milestones are 'mozilla52' vs 'Firefox 52'.

I'm assuming it is okay for Android Background Services to adopt the format currently used in in Firefox for Android,
so that is what I'll do once bug 1361184 is done.

Correct: everything in ABS can use the Firefox for Android format/convention.
