Small issue, but...
Preferably, some of the |< < > >| buttons should be dimmed (disabled) when
they can't be used.

Need icons from Marlon for the disabled state (all 4 page nav buttons).

plussing for buffy. gail-can you finish asap? this is mostly a production issue
making the current icons disabled looking. see print preview. when the icons are
ready reassign to jag.

The disabled images already DO exist in the skin, they are apparently not being
used. See:

I still need the disabled looks for the -end versions. With no adt level
specified I'm assuming adt3 for now.

This can't be done correctly until bug 184537 is fixed. Since I don't know how
to fix that bug, I reassign this to nobody@mozilla.org for now.
