Small issue, but... Preferably, some of the |< < > >| buttons should be dimmed (disabled) when they can't be used.
Need icons from Marlon for the disabled state (all 4 page nav buttons).

The disabled images already DO exist in the skin, they are apparently not being used. See: chrome://global/skin/arrow/arrow-rit-dis.gif chrome://global/skin/arrow/arrow-lft-dis.gif Reassigning.

I still need the disabled looks for the -end versions. With no adt level specified I'm assuming adt3 for now.
