We want Firefox iOS users to be able to sync their local bookmarks.
At the moment, it is impossible to do that because the current implementation of the iOS bookmarks engine assumes that incoming bookmark trees are corruption-free.
Our repair work is under way to try and correct these corruptions, but in the meantime we still want users to be able to sync their local bookmarks with a more simpler solution (no merging of any kind).
