+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1386491 +++
Merge day is upon us. We need to:
* Update the target milestones from 57 to 58.
* Unblock release 58 status/tracking flags
* Disable release 55

Not directly tied to this bug, but can you please re-enable the 52,53,54 target milestones too while you're at it? They seem to have gone missing from a number of components now.

This also means that all devs will have to fill uplift requests to 57 from now on!

Done with two exceptions:
1. I have not enabled 58 tracking and status flags for Sea Monkey or Thunderbird, I'm waiting for these teams to request it before their merge.
2. I discussed with Shell, Marius, and Erin, and they did not have info for updates for the iteration field. This raises the question, is this still used? Can I deactivate it?
