+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1416621 +++
Merge day is upon us. We need to:
* Update the target milestones from 59 to 60.
* Unblock release 59 status/tracking flags
* Disable release 57

All milestones are in. Working through versions now.
This has taken longer due to automating the process to some degree.

Can you find out which version forma Firefox for Android *wants* to be using? They're using /both/ right now.

wiki clarified. we'll add that to the list of things to fix over the weekend.
I believe all versions and milestones and tracking flags have been set.
