Merge day is upon us. We need to:
* Update the target milestones from 60 to 61.
* Unblock release 61 status/tracking flags
* Disable release 58
Assignee: nobody → dylan
I think this bug is mostly-finished now. One thing that's missing is the "61+" option on the relnote-firefox flag, though.
