1424334 - Revert symbol upload change for Thunderbird buildbot

We are hoping to be off buildbot by 59, but in the meantime, I'd like to continue using the old URL. I don't think there is a non-invasive way to update the token used on buildbot, without also affecting older branches that are still pointing at the old URL.
