Changing our post install panel caused Bug 1508853 (due to lack of tests from bug 1397975). The patch addresses access to the search panel, but causes less than desirable ux (see bug 1508853 attachment 9027896 [details]). We should look at how we want these panels to actually work and get a long-term solution in place.
