Hmm, somehow this patch doesn't apply and even if I change the line manually, it still doesn't work.

Sorry, I made a patch by hand with CRLF which didn't apply. Yes, it applies, but doesn't work.

Remove old-configure and js/src/old-configure, they won't be refreshed with just the patch.
