Sometime soon we should turn on bigint support in Firefox by default. This bug will eventually have that patch but is also here to be a tracker against bugs that block shipping.

Please make sure that it works on ARM64, since we have a landing target to pref-on IonMonkey within 2 weeks.

Would anything need checking beyond the tests that run automatically currently? (Note that all js shell tests currently run with the option on.)
