Description

Hovering the mouse cursor over the bottom or right window edges, there is no resize cursor and click & drag does not resize the window.

Occurs on Ubuntu 18.04 and 18.10 using Xorg (XWayland unaffected) with both Yaru and Ambiance themes.

Regressed by Bug 1529713.

I expect setting mozilla.widget.use-argb-visuals to true fixes that, correct?

It does not happen with mozilla.widget.use-argb-visuals defined regardless of value.

Yes, I can see it. It's really reproductible under X.org only, XWayland is not affected.

This is a bug in mutter window manager, can be easily reproduced with any application which uses shapes - xeyes for instance.

We should disable the default hidden titlebar in this case and also force mozilla.widget.use-argb-visuals=true or disable toplevel window transparency completely by default.

Martin, this is a regression in 67. Will it get fixed by the soft freeze (Mar 11)?

A workaround for this bug landed as a part of Bug 1530625 so from tracking purposes this can be marked as fixed.
