1548836 - Available updates badge count can be incorrect

The available updates badge count can get out of sync with the updates that are shown on the page.

Follow the STR from bug 1548543, that bug won't occur, but the badge count in the sidebar will be incorrect.

My bug 1563956 might be a duplicate.

If so: sorry. (I have no idea why 1548836 was not amongst results when I sought things prior to reporting.)

Assumption (almost observation): It happens when an addon's updates are manual and it received several updates before the user takes it in account. The counter increments at each new update even for the same addon, it represents the number of updates and not the number of addons to update as expected.
