Go to about:config and set signon.management.page.enabled=true
Go to about:logins
Open the Browser Console (Ctrl+Shift+J)
There shouldn't be any errors related to:
LoginHelper: Couldn't parse origin for about:logins LoginHelper.jsm:218:11
_getLoginDataFromParent: A form origin is required
