There's some strings at least from bug 1542863 and bug 1529983 that are hardcoded into the component, but when we show discovery stream to more than just english, we'll need these fixed.

Conveniently we're migrating strings to fluent in bug 1485002 and should be done in 69, which will be english-only discovery stream.

Assuming the next release will have more locales, setting P2.
