Reproducible: random --- It is not consistent, It is very annoying.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open several web page in new tabs
   i.e, Tab1: about:home
   Tab2: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/
   Tab3: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/
2. Select all url text of a Tab3
3. Switch tabs
   Tab3 -> Tab1 -> Tab3
4. Switch tabs
   Tab3 -> Tab2 -> Tab3

Actual Results:
Step3: Selection of Address Bar is collapsed randomly.
Step4: selection of Address Bar is re-built randomly.
It is not consistent, It is very annoying.

Expected Results:
Selection should not be collapsed.
It should be consistent

Another Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open several web page in new tabs
   i.e, Tab1: about:home
   Tab2: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/
2. Select all url text of a Tab2
3. Switch tabs quickly
   Tab2 -> Tab1 -> Tab2 -> Tab1 -> Tab2 ...

Actual Results:
Sometimes collapsed. And sometimes selected.
It is not consistent, It is very annoying.

The Bug 1426058 might be a duplicate, but at this moment we're not sure.
Stephanie[:scunnane] is working on Bug 1426058 and we will check back on this bug to see if Bug 1426058 has fixed this issue as well.

I've managed to reproduce the issue using Fx103.0a1 (2022-06-13).
The issue is verified fixed using Fx 107.0a1 and Fx 106.0 on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04. The URL is no longer de-selected when switching between tabs multiple times.
