Currently WindowsUIUtils::ShareUrl only support sharing a URL and a title and then ignores what the user actually do with it. This patch adds text sharing support and returns MozPromise to resolve or reject as the user wants.

It's set in Phabricator as a tag now. Phabricator > right sidebar > Edit Revision > Tags > add 'checkinNeeded'.
