Hi, please respect our normal triage processes. We get a lot of bugs, and have a lot of work to do. We understand this may annoy you, however we will certainly be looking at it.
Please also read the etiquette before posting further - your constant comments referencing "fix it" could be perceived to be in violation of the "No Obligation" guideline.
Please could you describe what we are seeing in the video at the various time points? I'm struggling to see what is broken, as it looks like the menu can still be scrolled, and the bookmark gets added. I suspect this is because I can't tell which buttons you're using on the mouse, e.g. scroll wheel.

I don't want to offend or insult anyone, it's just a little strange to me that you don't see the problem. it's a small problem but makes it difficult to use Firefox properly. Bookmarks saves neatly, but sometimes when I have multiple windows open an error occurs and I can't save it where I want, it simply saves it last. It's not seen in the video, it's a minor problem. Then I restart Firefox and then everything is ok. The main problem is seen in the video which is:
I save everything neatly and bookmarks remain in the position it was. That's how it should be, and so it always has been, remembering the position where we were listing or being.
Problem: It shows up in the video, when entered into full screen view, bookmarks reset to 1 or the starting position at the top, instead of being bored to remember where I was without having to scroll through all the bookcases if I wanted to save in the middle or penultimate position.
To simplify when I enter full screen bookmarks the menu resets, the longer it opens because it re-reads instead of staying in place, to remember how the bookmarks toolbar remembers.
Normally, with the left mouse click, I save the bookmark, but after full screen mode, when I go to save the next bookmark, the list is at the beginning, instead of down or as it was.
Video minutes without problems and how it should be and how it was always: 0-20 seconds remember position because I'm not in full screen. Okay all right.
From 22-30 seconds the problem bookmark menu is reset, goes to 1 place or from the beginning it is visible because the full screen resets it and does not remember where it was.
from 30-36 seconds I have to scroll down because he didn't remember the position as it was. it takes time if there are a lot of bookmarks, like I have on another system.
Everything is fine until I enter full screen, then the bookmarks menu forgets the position I tried on multiple systems. Next I just show again when he remembers the position and when not.
I think this is because the bookmarks menu button originally isn't out now, but has to be dragged on to the customize option, which is why a full screen bug came up, you overlooked it. No matter what, I just want you to understand what the problem is. I'm not attacking anyone I know you have a lot of work to do. I wish you much success.
I respect you all and love Mozilla from a young age, I have never used any other browser because it is yours unique

Thank you for the clarifications. I hadn't understood that the fact that the scroll position reset was the actual issue.
Given that, I'm moving this across to toolbar and customisations, since I suspect we're rebuilding everything when we come out of full-screen mode.

This is very similar to bug 1235592, the root cause goes back to bug 1176233.
