automation.py.in uses fix_linux_stack.py and fix_macosx_stack.py. These can now be replaced with fix_stacks.py, for speed and code simplicity improvements.

This code is actually dead (see bug 1177545), but I'm making the change anyway
just to eliminate even the appearance of use of these scripts.

It looks like bug 1177545 will happen soon and this code will be removed, so I will WONTFIX this.
