The bug voting makes possible the ability to order bug on how popular they are.
It would be good to have a top-level link to a list of all bugs of at least
(say) 3 votes.

This probably shouldn't be a link to a live query until bug #12284 is fixed,
allowing you to specify what columns appear.  Rather, you could probe Bugzilla
nightly and save a static page, which would allow you to control the columns
that appear.

Eventually this should use general summary reports, bug #12282, which would
allow (say) a top ten list for each product to be automatically generated.

Duh, I can't vote for it! Is leaving comments on it the only way of voting for
this bug? If so, there might be some mail traffic...

The bug is IMHO very important, since users hardly see any point in having a
voting system, if nobody cares about the votes anyway. And if nobody cares for
the votes - the opinion of the user - who would care to report bugs and RFE's?

Votes are no longer really used as a bug prioritisation mechanism. This bug has been open for seven years without a fix, so I doubt we'll be fixing it.
