Harald, this referenced log has been created with Chrome but not Firefox. Could you please check if we can get one as run with Firefox?

I don't have any contacts over there (we can always file an issue on GitHub or contact jryans or others directly if we'd like).

But at this point I think we have what we need to try to run the end-to-end tests ourselves, right? (requiring perhaps a change in their code to point to Firefox binary instead of Chrome dependency):

We never got to this and nowadays there are no end-to-end tests anymore.
