Also fix up about:addons elements that will get weird after this. Remove
the primary from styles from the recommended add-on cards since they're
pretty egregious with the teal colour.

Verified as fixed using the latest Firefox 89 beta 3 and the latest Nightly 90.0a1 - the info bars are now matching the proton styling. Verified on macOS BigSur 11.2, Ubuntu 20.04, and Windows 10 x64.
