Details
Rather than have 1.2b (or whatever) hardcoded throughout the tree, fix the
makefile and add a perl script to reference the version in
mozilla/config/milestone.txt, and have this parse a template file to create a
c++ (or xhtml or whatever) file with the appropriate version numbers, before
building.
