1700638 - Remove Sync brand from strings

We want to stop using Sync as a brand, and fold it into strings.

This work is a precursor for the capitalization changes.

Hopefully I got them all, most of them are in about:logins.

Could you take a look when you have a minute? In some cases, just replacing the brand with "sync" makes sense, in others not so much. I tried to add screenshots of all places where these strings show up.
