Actual results:
Reply header format of quoted mail has just 4 (0-3) option under mailnews.reply_header_type
Expected results:
Should have the option for the format of reply header (short or full), possibly in the options (not just in config editor). It has been an issue for many people since it was eliminated (for long long years!). Please make it.

I know there are extensions (and/or tricky workarounds) for customizing it, BUT this should be a basic option included in the preferences.
I believe this a duplicate of a much older bug which is a priority field = P3
Not a dupe of bug 67089.
This bug here asks for an option to choose short or full reply header in tools > settings.
