User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:90.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/90.0

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Tools: Message Filters: Filter Log
Observe window

Actual results:

No Maximize, Minimize, Title "grab" bar, etc. available.
Had to drag sides of frame.

Expected results:

Should have normal windows properties.

OS: Unspecified → Windows 10
Hardware: Unspecified → x86_64

A right-click in the Title "grab" bar and selecting "Resize" works for me on Linux.

Component: Untriaged → Filters

This picture shows the missing maximize/minimize boxes, and the missing "grab handle" in the lower right.

This has the function of not making the filter log contents visible. The window comes up with no filter log contents. You have to right-click, select "Size", and manually resize the wondow to see any filter log contents.

I've spent much time trying to figure out why the log was empty, and just came across this post: https://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=3111578&sid=cffa2969e767f74c8e2657124ebac70d.

Not only does that popup need some sort of indicator that it's resizable, it also needs to maintain its chosen size - which it does not do now.

How about the minus, the square, and the X in the top right hand of the window, just like all other Windows windoww? (Haha)
Thank you.
