Updates are enabled and the releases are now more or less stable. I think we can downplay this now and just need to keep it for upgrades from 2.49.5 and earlier. Knock on wood...

ewong please remove from https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/tmp/releases/2.53.8/README.txt:

hg clone https://hg.mozilla.org/chatzilla irc
hg clone https://hg.mozilla.org/dom-inspector inspector

cZ and DOMi are built into 2.53.8 and up and located in suite/extension. No longer need to be checked out via hg.
