1723486 - Account order not preserved when importing a profile

When we import accounts, we just add them to the end of the list in no particular order. We should do it in the same order as in the source profile.

Is TB 91 affected here? Should the tracking be set accordingly (91 or 91ESR affected)? Uplift request?
The same question goes for all but one the bugs in this push:

Import (bug 271863, bug 1720261, bug 63389) was backed out from TB 91, but backports of the bugs mentioned in the previous comment still need to be managed. The backed-out bugs have thunderbird_esr91 affected.

I'm sure that whoever puts this feature back into 91 will take into account the related bugs. They are the reason it was removed in the first place.
