Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Go to add-ons and themes.
3. Select Cheers->Soft theme and enable.
4. Open Customized page.
5. Check the Title Bar check box.

Expected result

• Check box should be visible.

Actual result

• Check box is not visible.

Regression range

Additional notes

• Issue reproduced on all Soft themes and on Cheers-Bold on all OSs(Ubuntu 20.4, Mac 10.13 and on Win10 only for Cheers-Bold).
  *Please note that this issue also affected the checkmarks from the Find toolbar - on soft themes.

This is not a regression since the issue reproduces starting with Beta 94.01, (which is the first Beta that has the monochromatic theme-enabled).

This issue is reproducing on all of the new 97 Colorway Themes, except Rawrrr! The most affected theme is Cheese Puff.

Hello, I could not reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 20.4/Mac 10.13/Win10 using Beta 100.0(20220428192727) and Nightly 101.0a1(20220501190841) using the existing Colorways themes.
