implement Phoenix's "Open in Tabs" bookmark feature on the trunk.

Those phoenix guys are doing some good stuff. One thing I really like is how in
bookmarks, every folder has an automatic entry at the bottom for "Open in Tabs".

This is make tabs even more discoverable.

For some addition thoughts on this feature, see

filed bug 174822, for chimera.
I think that this is a duplicate of bug 134799 and/or bug 141619. (Unless it's
easier to deal with implementing exactly what Phoenix does here, then dealing
with those other ones after the fact.)
I can't change the OS or the Hardware. Someone change this to OS all and
Hardware All.

I don't think this has anything to do with bug 134799 and/or bug 141619
But it does have something to do with bug 114314, bug 116531 and bug 117449.

Given that research has shown that most users completely ignore bookmarks,
there is room for innovation here. My recommendation for refining the Phoenix
system would be to put the "Open in Tabs" option at the top, not the bottom of
the folder list in the cascading menus and to ditch the bookmark group meta-
icon/collapse feature. The probability is that the tab group feature will be
activated and used more often than individual bookmarks -- and in particular
more often than any one invidual bookmark.

Inspectability of bookmark groups is very important (e.g. "transparency to the
user") and so the packing of bookmark groups into a single icons is non
optimal -- particularly given the improved context menu functions for the
personal toolbar, manipulation of bookmark groups should be possible not only
from the manage bookmarks window but also the cascading bookmarks and personal
toolbar areas.

The lack of distinction between bookmark folders and bookmark groups seems to
be the original motivation behind bug 141619. Bug 134799 seems to have been
started for the contrasting view, separate "types" for bookmark folders and
tab group folders.

I think this is either fixed or no longer relevant? Middle-clicking on a bookmark folder opens all of the items in tabs in SM 1.0.3.
