Restoring page zoom, scroll position, and form data depends on Cathy's work to use the native session store collector (bug 1734394), so I am tentatively assigning this follow up task to Cathy.

Chris, this had been implemented in Bug 1677190, specifically in this patch: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D208642. Therefore, we can close this bug.
