In some locales, the actual size of the bottom boxes can be big enough
to overflow.
Instead of fixing the size to 620px, let the dialog be content-sized,
but limit the right box to take 500px by default (which seems
reasonable, as everything in there should wrap reasonably).
Make the release notes label actually flex (and thus wrap if there's not
enough space instead of overflowing).
Hello, the same happens for Italian localization. It doesn't happen with release and Beta.

Reproduced the issue in Nightly 107.0a1 (2022-10-01) on windows 10, using a DE locale build.
Verified - Fixed in Beta 107.0b3 and the latest Nightly 108.0a1 (2022-10-21) on Windows 10, macOS 12 and Ubuntu 20, using DE and IT locale builds.
