+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1798386 +++

The current plan is to launch this rollout on the week of November 22nd, 2022, because this is the week when enrollment for the experiment is planned to end.

As we decide on exact dates, we'll want to keep in mind that this is the week of US Thanksgiving, meaning that there will be fewer people around than is typical on the last two weekdays.
