Trunk build 2002-11-25: WinMe, Linux 8, Mac 10.1.3

Overview: If a card in the address book has a second email address, there is no
way to select this address in the Select Address dialog.

Expected Results: If a card has a first and second email address then the Select
Address dialog should have a way to select one or both of the addresses.

Hi,

Compose a mail and fill out the fields (To, CC or BCC) with typing some letters. The search matches names only to the primary address, never to the secondary address.
I've tried to modify this result by about:config mail.addr_book.quicksearchquery.format with adding ?(or(PrimaryEmail,c,@V)(SecondaryEmail,c,@V)(DisplayName,c,@V)(FirstName,c,@V)(LastName,c,@V))

I'm reaching the same result : nul or void! (SeaMonkey 2.0)

Best regards.

This is not this bug. It is bug 447927 which was fixed after SeaMonkey 2 was released but will be included in SeaMonkey 2.0.1.

This works, you can add the column Additional Email to the list field.

Most people use the quick search feature within the address section of the new mail itself now. Thunderbird has even dropped the Select Addresses dialog completely. We shouldn't overload the user interface.

As Mark wrote, this works now.
Depends on: 640679
