Julian, mind telling us if we got everything landed now and can close this bug or do we have to keep it open for some other work?

The only thing I can think off is that addIntercept is still flagged as experimental until we have implemented at least one command to resume an intercepted request.

Maybe we should block on Bug 1845345 - Remove the experimental flag for network intercept features ?
